I bought a car from Richard back in...

I bought a car from Richard back in October, drove well looked great. He gave gave communication and kept me updated throughout purchase, he MOT’d the car and detailed it before I took it.
A couple weeks later it had underlying issues neither me or him were aware about, I’d spoken to Richard about these issues after thinking he was like a lot of bad sellers; however very kindly after discussing and diagnosing the issue, he offered to pay for these repairs as he didn’t want to sell me a bad car, he helped and supported throughout the process and paid for each repair needed.
Not many dealers would ever do that,
He’s a top guy and I appreciate his help heavily.

I would very much recommend using him and will happily buy from him again.
