I recently used K2 Carpets – Rayners Lane and the deserve 6 stars!

I got them to fit a new thick carpet with underlay in my lounge, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. The team were efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional – they worked quickly, did a fantastic job, and even took away the old carpet, leaving everything spotless. Everything from start to finish was done within a week!

The customer service was outstanding throughout, from ordering to installation, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The carpet itself is beautiful, soft underfoot, and easy to clean. I needed dark grey soft and thick carpet for my whole house Shahzad phoned me straight away and in a quick and timely manner the next day popped down with loads of samples unfortunately I couldn't find the colour I wanted on the first visit he made another 2 trips finding me the colour I wanted the customer service was excellent from him. On the fitting day updated me with times and dates and fitting was punctual and the fitter fazahn was excellent he didn't damage any of my paint or walls like previous fitters and all the cuts were perfectly executed with clean lines and the fitter was the nicest guy ever. If you want great quality and good decent sensible prices then go with K2. May there business prosper for many future generations to come.

Shaz and his father were extremely polite and helpful. They both gave us great advise on which carpet range was best for our needs and visited us several times with carpet samples until we were happy with our choices. We had shopped around for carpets quite a bit and K2 gave us an excellent price with a really good quality underlay. Whilst the shop itself is slightly dated they actually have a huge range to choose from. My only gripe was the fitting of 1 door bar sticking slightly out (as seen in one of the images). Had the carpet fitter mentioned it in time we could have quickly trimmed down the flooring. Aside from that we're still glad we used K2 and would 100% recommend them.

Mr Shahzad(K2 Carpets) and his team were so helpful throughout from quotation to carpeting. Their services are as high as K2. The communication was brilliant and they make things very clear honestly what is good or Not. The fitter is very professional, friendly and his work is amazing. I am very satisfied would highly recommend them.

Happy with the carpet fitting service provided recently. Chas and his team were really professional and helpful and provided great value for money.

I have been a K2 customer for over 4 years, they have supplied the carpets for all sorts of properties from high end central London flats that were to be sold, to rental accommodation in NW London. The carpets shown in the images were from K2. I have no trouble in recommending Shehzad and the team.
