I needed dark grey soft and thick carpet for my whole house Shahzad phoned me straight away and in a quick and timely manner the next day popped down with loads of samples unfortunately I couldn't find the colour I wanted on the first visit he made another 2 trips finding me the colour I wanted the customer service was excellent from him. On the fitting day updated me with times and dates and fitting was punctual and the fitter fazahn was excellent he didn't damage any of my paint or walls like previous fitters and all the cuts were perfectly executed with clean lines and the fitter was the nicest guy ever. If you want great quality and good decent sensible prices then go with K2. May there business prosper for many future generations to come.
