Shaz and his father were extremely polite and helpful. They both gave us great advise on which carpet range was best for our needs and visited us several times with carpet samples until we were happy with our choices. We had shopped around for carpets quite a bit and K2 gave us an excellent price with a really good quality underlay. Whilst the shop itself is slightly dated they actually have a huge range to choose from. My only gripe was the fitting of 1 door bar sticking slightly out (as seen in one of the images). Had the carpet fitter mentioned it in time we could have quickly trimmed down the flooring. Aside from that we're still glad we used K2 and would 100% recommend them.
