But having a personal trainer completely changed that. He’s helped me build serious strength, improve my core, and become far more flexible than I ever thought possible at my age.I honestly feel the fittest and healthiest than I have for many years . The difference in my overall wellbeing is enormous. Highly recommend this gym — especially if you’re looking for real results and proper support.

I have been working out with Tom for years! He is a truly understanding PT, he simultaneously manages to push me while also going at my pace. With Tom’s help I have built muscle and he has helped me to have a sustainable approach to eating, drinking and working out.I love the fancy weighing machine that gives my metabolic age and shows my muscle and fat. It really helps me understand what’s going on in my 53 year old body. Very motivating too!I can’t recommend working out with Tom enough. His sense of humour makes it enjoyable and his encouragement and patience has helped me to achieve things I am proud of.

I have been going for 1:1 training for over 6 years, it has been awesome.
18 months ago my wife started and we now have paired sessions.
It is both super professional (fabulous equipment) and at the same time a real laugh making it a lot of fun.
As we get older strength training becomes more and more important.
I have lost and maintained a healthy weight, I am stronger and feel a million dollars!!!
The sessions are well thought out and as hard as I need them to be.
The addition of a gym, sauna and ice bath are super exciting.

Tom created me a bespoke plan specifically for my half marathon training. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and made sure my programme was tailored to my goals.
