A true B&B at its finest. Everything is so efficient and has elegant signage in case you get confused. The location is just off the beaten track which was perfect to get away from the tourist crowds. The room had comfortable beds, great water pressure, and parking! The full Scottish breakfast in the morning was AMAZING and the service was fantastic! Our best stay whilst doing the NC500. Marion and Moray are such lovely hosts and the accommodation is so luxurious. A must stay if you are in the area. My elderly father and his friend went to stay here but there was a mix up on the bookings and all hotels in the area were full. Marian called everywhere to find them accommodation locally when she didn't have to . This lady was a different class and when I come up there in the future I will only stay with you. Such a warm welcome from Moray, what a host. We got a wee welcome dram of Whiskey and a great chat. Rooms were lovely, and the location and view were great as well.We met some locals and had a blast, talking, drinking local beer. It was amazing all the way. We came back a second time to Applecross, mainly because of our amazing experience at this B&B. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. When you’re in the cabines, you can cook for yourself, but grocery store are rare (there’s a small one that we know of on the peninsula). The food is often local and very delicious. We booked to stay here as part of a 10 day road trip around Scotland and despite staying in some hotels approaching £500/night in some places, this was by far THE BEST place we stayed on the whole trip. Marion was so lovely, efficient and accommodating and Moray makes the best breakfast ! What a team !! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, really comfortable, peaceful and the location is beautiful. We left feeling like we had stayed in a friend's house. We will absolutely come back and stay again.
