I recently had my bathroom renovated and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Adrian. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions before the renovation started and recommending products and materials that would suit both my space and budget. His guidance made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.Adrian was punctual every single day and kept me fully informed about the progress of the work. He explained each stage clearly, so I always understood what was happening and what to expect next. When an unexpected issue meant plans had to be adjusted, Adrian discussed the options with me and we agreed on a practical solution, which he completed effortlessly and without any stress.The scope of work carried out was extensive and included lowering existing pipes, installing new plumbing, completing electrical work, shortening bath panels to ensure a perfect fit, tiling both the walls and floor, and painting. I can thoroughly recommend AW Building Services who did a recent job for us that involved fitting a new lintel over our front door which involved getting Building Control down, they repaired a lot of brickwork for us and brought everything back to its original state. Adrian and Piotr were very professional and communicated well and explained throughout what they were doing. The standard of their work was exceptional, and we have already booked them in for a smaller job in a few weeks time

I used this company to lay underfloor insulation under my groundfloor. It was a tricky and messy job, as it meant going under the house and fixing the insulation from underneath. They worked fast, kept the place tidy, and very quickly had secured the insulation on place (ahead of schedule). Adrian and Piotr were a pleasure to have in my house, and I highly recommend their service!

From the start I had confidence in Adrian and his brother Piotr as he came to the block of flats on a Saturday to discuss and understand my expectations for the project - refurbishing the exterior of a small block including repainting and repointing. "Adrian made repairs to external brick work, replacing a couple of bricks and mending damaged pointing. He also re-secured a down pipe. As far as i can tell the work is of good quality. Adrian was friendly, arrived on time, completed the work in good time. he was helpful, taking on the down pipe work on the day, having visited previously to asses and estimate the work needed to the bricks. He kept in touch when needing to. I will definitely be using him again if i need more work on the house."

I employed AW Building Services to carry out some decoration works to my flat over the summer - they are the preferred builders for my managing agents in my building and so I asked if they would do a private job for me. I dealt with Adrian Wator who was professional and I had immediate confidence he would look after my home and do the works well. I decided to arrange the works when I was away, trusting him with my keys painting of my bedroom, en-suite and kitchen as well as all woodwork. During I asked him to install an extractor fan in my en-suite. They did the works brilliantly with no snagging and ensured my home was left exactly how they found it - it was clean and very light dust, more from me being away for 1 month then as a result of the works.I was very impressed, value for money and peace of mind. I will be using their services again in the near future.
