I employed AW Building Services to carry out some decoration works to my flat over the summer - they are the preferred builders for my managing agents in my building and so I asked if they would do a private job for me. I dealt with Adrian Wator who was professional and I had immediate confidence he would look after my home and do the works well. I decided to arrange the works when I was away, trusting him with my keys painting of my bedroom, en-suite and kitchen as well as all woodwork. During I asked him to install an extractor fan in my en-suite. They did the works brilliantly with no snagging and ensured my home was left exactly how they found it - it was clean and very light dust, more from me being away for 1 month then as a result of the works.I was very impressed, value for money and peace of mind. I will be using their services again in the near future.
