I found 1Stop Trailers on an internet search as I unexpectedly needed to hire a trailer at short notice and needed one with a wide enough trailer bed for my needs. I rang at 09:00am and my call was immediately answered and I was told the trailer was available that day. I provided all the necessary towing vehicle insurance and ID details and was told where to collect the trailer from.A couple of hours later I arrived and the hand over was done without difficulty. Upon return of the trailer which was on a Sunday lunchtime (when many larger businesses would have not entertained such and simply insisted that I hired it for an extra day and returned Monday), everything again went entirely smoothly. My deposit was returned there and then after inspection of the trailer and I was on my way.I reflected upon my drive back home how straight-forward and easy the whole process had been. Furthermore, when I first picked the trailer up, as I was hiring the trailer to collect a three wheeled vehicle (and the trailer only comes with a pair of ramps), upon hearing this, 1Stop Trailers immediately offered me an additional ramp and ratchet straps without charge.I rarely write an online Review these days as my own experience is that we are just so accustomed to transaction being difficult, an uphill struggle, or that companies very often get the simplest of things so wrong. Excellent service.We hired a car transport trailer and went to Looe in Cornwall to collect a car.We were held up by traffic on the way back so phoned to let Rob know we would be late returning the trailer.Not a problem👍.We didn't get back 'till after 10pm but Rob met us outside the yard and trailer safely put away.Couldn't ask for better service.If I ever need another trailer, I know what I will be getting it from.

I would highly recommend this service. Both Rob and Jeanette are very responsive. Showed us different versions of trailers, gave explanation if the differences etc. Very helpful with answering all out questions, and we had plenty. Didn't ask for a huge deposit, just before Christmas this was very helpful. Inform us of build and delivery date. Collected trailer and it's perfect. I couldn't be happier to take our safe, secure, and very well made Cruella (named trailer as now family lol) out camping. Tows like a dream, and brilliant creature to be able to take the jockey wheel off and have a hitch lock. Thank you for everything Rob and Jeanette.

On the 18th may i hired a car trailer from 1stop trailers ltd .Rob and Jeanette Very helpful , very straight forward to organise picking up trailer and dropping off .Trailer is like new and tows great so well i could hardly feel it .very reasonable price and good service 10/10 highly recommended.
