I found 1Stop Trailers on an internet search as I unexpectedly needed to hire a trailer at short notice and needed one with a wide enough trailer bed for my needs. I rang at 09:00am and my call was immediately answered and I was told the trailer was available that day. I provided all the necessary towing vehicle insurance and ID details and was told where to collect the trailer from.A couple of hours later I arrived and the hand over was done without difficulty. Upon return of the trailer which was on a Sunday lunchtime (when many larger businesses would have not entertained such and simply insisted that I hired it for an extra day and returned Monday), everything again went entirely smoothly. My deposit was returned there and then after inspection of the trailer and I was on my way.I reflected upon my drive back home how straight-forward and easy the whole process had been. Furthermore, when I first picked the trailer up, as I was hiring the trailer to collect a three wheeled vehicle (and the trailer only comes with a pair of ramps), upon hearing this, 1Stop Trailers immediately offered me an additional ramp and ratchet straps without charge.I rarely write an online Review these days as my own experience is that we are just so accustomed to transaction being difficult, an uphill struggle, or that companies very often get the simplest of things so wrong.
