Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Melissa J & Alex G in customer services explained everything to me and answered all my questions patiently. Only recently have our website up and running, but so far really good.

Always get to talk to somebody who knows their stuff. A couple of conversations with Samson Franklyn got straight to the point and was left feeling as if he actually cared. Each conversation with these guys reinforces that point of view. Many thanks.

The phone and broadband VoIP service was installed in summer this year and we are very happy with how it was handled by Unitel. We had a couple of hiccups at the start and the Unitel staff were on it immediately. Very efficient and helpful. Thank you.
