We found SPS through the Derby Trusted Trader website. Colin visited to investigate our damp problem, and we found him very knowledgeable and professional. He explained his solution in detail and provided a very reasonable quote - which was promptly followed up early the next day with comprehensive documentation.
Because it was a reasonably small job for him, he was able to slot the work in within a couple of weeks, which was perfect for our circumstances. Colin and colleague Rich started and completed the work exactly when Colin promised he would. The completed work was to a very high standard and everything was left neat and tidy. Colin also gave helpful free advice on other areas that we were concerned about, and Rich kindly sorted a small issue with our window sill.
We will definitely use SPS again should we need any further damp proofing or plastering work
