absolutely brilliant.
boiler went and had no heating. rang and he said he would come out the next morning. he was here at 8am and was so friendly and polite. Fixed my boiler added new bits to it and didn't charge for them. Will definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

On time, friendly & explained issue to us, fixed straight away and we now have heating again 🙂
