After renting the same property for 20 years we had to move . We were lucky to even view a flat advertised through McKinlays with so many people looking to rent . We moved in just before Christmas 2022 and have to say we cannot fault McKinlays, any little issue/problem is sorted ASAP! Not been used to that !

We contacted a few estate agents but the service we received from Nick at McKinlays was by far the best. Quick to respond and did anything he could to help. He also sold our house on the first viewing and make it really easy for my fiancée and I during the whole process. Not just the selling of our house but help with solicitors and ensuring the smoothest transition. Would recommend to anyone, best in the business!

Nicholas McKennan is a brilliant estate agent. Very professional and on several occasions accommodated late viewings for us. When showing us around the house, he gave us plenty of space to view and talk to each other. He was very knowledgeable about the house, the area and other houses in Taunton. Nick and his team come from the "old school" of estate agents but with a very modern approach. Nick will tell you how it is and then get it done without any "bull".
