Would I choose Simply Homes to market our house ? Unequivocally yes. I have known George for a couple of years now, having looked at a potential purchase in 2021 and later purchasing a different house through Simply Homes in 2023. I trust George and find him both personable and professional. His communication skills amongst stakeholders are also first rate. Ben and George were instrumental in keeping our challenging chain intact; negotiation, timely communication and experience were all called into play and for that I thank both sincerely. As a footnote I would add that the photographs taken by Simply Homes are superb. We had a set done for the house we were selling and the photographer managed to capture colour, light, angles and shots beautifully.
