A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a replacement lock for an antique bonheur-du-jour. The bonheur-du-jour has two cupboards, both cupboards should have had locks, but one lock was missing. So I needed a replacement. Unfortunately suitable locks are no longer made. After much searching i found Keith Carrier and Sons.
