After mum passed recently (Dec 2025) we contacted J A Kelly to help take care of the funeral arrangements. I have to say it was the best decision we could have made. The care and support we received from Jack and Martin was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there for any questions or concerns that arose during what was an extremely difficult time for the family. The attention to detail for every aspect of the funeral arrangements was made so much easier by the guidance they gave us and we genuinely wouldn't have known where to start without them. A day that the whole family was dreading was made so much easier by the sensitive and caring way that J A Kelly handled everything. I know that I speak for the entire family when I say that we can't thank them enough for everything.

Where do I begin, when we met Jack at a very sad time we couldn't have asked for a more caring and trustworthy person? Nothing was too much trouble and he was available 24 x 7. When my mum passed away at 97 years old it was expected, but still heartbreaking. We phoned Jack, and he organised the removal of the body very respectfully, and in a very short time, but also giving us the time we needed. From that point on Jack organised everything and we could get on with our grieving without the stress of trying to organise the funeral. Jack and his staff were on hand throughout the process, to discuss any questions we had.On the day of the funeral his staff were very professional and showed an abundance of empathy. Jack helped me every step of the way at the hardest time, arranging the full services from food and church to even keepsake jewellery. Making very hard decisions easy. Never had to organise a funeral before so didn’t know what to do or to expect, was put in touch with jack by a family member and as soon as i sat down with him he made me feel at ease straight away, kept in touch all way through until the day came, in which his service and dedication to give my dad the send off he deserved.

Jack and his team were genuinely incredible during this time. Jack made the planning process seem easy and seamless and no question or request was too much. Jack had a beautiful balance between professionalism and genuine care and empathy towards me and my family. Jack is meticulous in his planning and tailored every inch of the day to fit what my grandma would of wanted. We originally choose jack because of his warmth and kind nature with him being someone my grandma would of really liked, the fact that he provided us with a faultless service that truly captured the essence of my grandma was the best bonus.
