I was so privileged to be a client of JA Kelly. My darling husband was terminally ill and I had contacted Jack whilst my husband was alive to prepare for his funeral.
Jack was so unbelievably considerate, compassionate and extremely professional. He gave my husband the funeral he could have only dreamed of having and if he had of been able
to attend his own funeral then he would have been over the moon.
Jack continues to support me even after the funeral has now been completed.
Anyone wanting a very professional, considerate, caring and thoughtful funeral director then please use Jack. He takes care of everything for you and so much more.

Jack and his team were genuinely incredible during this time. Jack made the planning process seem easy and seamless and no question or request was too much. Jack had a beautiful balance between professionalism and genuine care and empathy towards me and my family. Jack is meticulous in his planning and tailored every inch of the day to fit what my grandma would of wanted. We originally choose jack because of his warmth and kind nature with him being someone my grandma would of really liked, the fact that he provided us with a faultless service that truly captured the essence of my grandma was the best bonus. Thanks again Jack,100/10 would recommend!
