When my mum passed away at 97 years old it was expected, but still heartbreaking. We phoned Jack, and he organised the removal of the body very respectfully, and in a very short time, but also giving us the time we needed. From that point on Jack organised everything and we could get on with our grieving without the stress of trying to organise the funeral. Jack and his staff were on hand throughout the process, to discuss any questions we had.On the day of the funeral his staff were very professional and showed an abundance of empathy.
