Rating is for the quotation process. He didn't come out to review the job so wasn't able to make suggestions other tradespeople did. However his communication was prompt and clear.

Fitting decking and removable panel to access drain cover. Exceptional work, took care and time to complete and turned up on time, friendly and polite. Left job tidy and exactly as we wanted. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely contact Ivan again.
