We have just had our garage conversion completed by Mark and his gang! Everyone who came to our house was incredibly kind, considerate and engaging! Despite my hundreds of silly questions, they all took the time to explain things to me so I understood what is going on! Having work done on the house is incredibly stressful at the best of times, but these guys were clean, efficient and we managed to have a giggle! We will definitely recommend to anyone and most certainly use them again! Thanks to you all!

We used Mark & his great team to do our flat roof. They were all very friendly & helpful from start to finish and we can’t recommend them enough, the work was fantastic from the flat roof to the guttering. Mark and his team were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. From the start to the very end the communication was brilliant. They were extremely professional and really respected my home. As soon as they walked in they took their shoes off!! Covered my carpets throughout and cleared up after they had finished each day. The quality of work was to an extremely high standard. I found them very courteous, friendly and they went above and beyond for the task at hand.

Can’t recommend the team highly enough - quality of work was exceptional. From skylights to gutter fixes, they did everything. Some of the best lead work we’ve seen. 10/10.

Great communication, friendly, efficient service. We have used Top2Bottom several times for different issues over the past 10 years.. The first time was when 2 other roofers had failed to sort a problem out. Mark and his team are reliable, trustworthy and do an amazing job. Even when a job is more complicated than expected Mark can think outside the box. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Used T2B for new windows.Not an easy ask to match traditional Edwardian sash windows in UPVC but what they designed, sourced and fitted were nearly indistinguishable.

The Top 2 Bottom team took down my unused, tall and leaning chimney with no fuss. Neatly tiling over the gap like it was never there. There was some pointing to the brickwork to be done which they came back the following morning and properly sorted out. Friendly, efficient service . Highly recommended. Will be using for any future work.
