I took my daughter for her ears piercing for the first time and I decided to get a piercing too. I cannot fault the service and the compassion shown towards my nervous daughter. We both had a great experience and I would 100% recommend.

After a year of my girls asking me for their ears piercing, I decided to book in with Sam knowing that they would be in safe hands. Sam is professional, empathetic and knowledgeable at her craft. She took time to explain the process to my girls and was honest about the procedure and the pain they might experience. She didn’t rush them and made sure they felt comfortable and consented to the piercings being carried out. My youngest daughter didn’t want the second ear doing as she had found it too painful so Sam explained that she could come back another day if she wanted to and when she was ready. This was a relief and shows how much she cares about the welfare of her clients. We returned last night with enthusiasm and my youngest is absolutely over moon with her new piercings. Went for a nose piercing yesterday and it was amazing. Everything so hygienic and clean and I knew I was in good hands. Sam was very calming, easy to talk to and when I felt dizzy afterwards I was offered a sports drink and a little chocolate bar. I felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend :))

In choosing Sam, we liked the fact she is a stand-alone piercer, that her reviews tell of (amongst other things) a high level of hygiene and her dealings with customers speak of great care and consideration. Her high score is not wrong from our recent experience and in talking to her, customer satisfaction clearly means a lot. She has a real pride in her work.
It was lovely to be looked after so well by Sam in her pretty basement studio and she was extremely accommodating when initial plans slightly changed. Sam knows her stuff and her jewellery choice is of a very high standard. The earrings she uses and sells, with flat rather than butterfly backs, is informed by solid experience and what is best for the customer. She is very committed to not only the present when she provides advice with choosing the earrings and takes great care with not only getting the accuracy and the piercing just right, but also the aftercare she offers. Despite still being on limited opening times, she promises that she can be rung should there ever be issues, which is very reassuring, especially to piercing newcomers. Nothing was too much trouble and this is all the mark of a true professional.
