After a year of my girls asking me for their ears piercing, I decided to book in with Sam knowing that they would be in safe hands. Sam is professional, empathetic and knowledgeable at her craft. She took time to explain the process to my girls and was honest about the procedure and the pain they might experience. She didn’t rush them and made sure they felt comfortable and consented to the piercings being carried out. My youngest daughter didn’t want the second ear doing as she had found it too painful so Sam explained that she could come back another day if she wanted to and when she was ready. This was a relief and shows how much she cares about the welfare of her clients. We returned last night with enthusiasm and my youngest is absolutely over moon with her new piercings.
