The company is owned and run by Mr Lawrence Murdoch.
Fergus Properties has been operating its Estate Agency Service in Carrickfergus since 1976. A rich history in the area, the company initially commenced trading as Fergus Property Sales but changed its name to reflect the variety of services it presently offers including building, planning development and its expertise in the rental market.
The company is owned and run by Mr Lawrence Murdoch whose passion for the estate agency service was evident from a young age having been involved in the business since 1961. Lawrence is renowned for his dedication to the service and his knowledge of the property market.
