James helped us with a drain dispute on our recent extension. He was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable.
Without his help we wouldn’t have got the approval from Thames Water we needed to get the extension approved by Building regs. We are eternally grateful for his help on this matter and would recommend him to anyone going through the hell we did.
