I ordered carpet tiles for my shop in Northern Ireland. They arrived promptly and I was delighted with them. Best website I had looked at for price and quality. However, I did not order enough tiles and I was in a dilemma as to what to do because they were seconds and I didn’t think I would be able to get any more of them to finish the floor. I contacted Paul who gave me great customer service second to none and the next day more of my carpet tiles arrived and I was able to get the floor finished. I just couldn’t believe that he had sorted me out so quickly with what I needed. I am very impressed and I will obviously use Discount Carpet Tiles Ltd for all my flooring needs in the future. I popped into this place to have a look at some artificial grass.
I was amazed at the choice, quality and price !!!
Not just with the artificial grass.
I did not realise they did composite decking, in a full range of colours.
It’s somewhere I will definitely be going again.
It’s like a Tardis .

The customer service was amazing, they just let me wander around with no pressure .
You don’t realise how big this place is until you start to look around.

great prices and nice tiles, we were sent the wrong tiles by accident, I phoned up and it was rectified within 24 hours! tiles were collected and correct tiles delivered next day, can't argue with that. excellent service.
