Booked my car in for MOT. Test was carried out quickly and efficiently. Staff were friendly and communicated well. They were helpful in sourcing prices but not pushy about getting work done. Would recommend.

Very impressed with the complete package from this garage for the full service and MOT for my car. From the initial friendly contact to the the regular updates on how things were progressing to the quality work and competitive pricing for the total work. Nothing was too much trouble and they even offered to pick up and drop off my car if I preferred. Will certainly return in the future.

I recently realised I had over looked my MOT called into Total car care and he fitted me in the next day for service and MOT. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly. Really good communication, they even helped my son out with releasing his broken seat belt on a car he had just bought. Thank you
Little garage but great service.

Incredibly impressed by this garage. Booked my mot through a 3rd party comparison website for the next day. I received a phone call to confirm the booking. Couple minutes later received another phone call asking if I’d like it to be done today as they’d had a cancellation to which I happily agreed. They collected the car from my house within a couple hours (free of charge). Received a phone call a couple hours late informing me the car had passed the mot and their advisories and they delivered the car back to my house (again free of charge). Efficient, professional and polite. Can’t fault the garage, would definitely recommend.

When my car broke down late at night, Shaid and his team from Total care car came to the rescue without hesitation. They picked up my car promptly and had it fixed by the next day. The dedication and expertise they showed were impressive. Shaid and his team not only repaired the issue but also explained everything clearly sending me video evidence of every step they had taken to fix my vehicle and deliver it back safely topping all my fluid levels to the optimum. Highly recommend their outstanding service and will definitely be using it again!
