I had problems with rain getting into cavity wall, I chose T S Perry Roofing Specialist based on the good reviews on Google, it was a good decision. Tom and his team Fraser and Ryan did an excellent job.Tom would be on site each morning before 7-30am to check on progress etc. the two lads are good workers and cracked on with the job. They do like their tea, white with two sugars.I would highly recommend them if you need roof repairs.

We lost a single tile in the storms, had a quote from one company who assumed we were idiots, said it couldn't be done without scaffold and the whole roof would needed to be done, for a mere £18, 000. Mr Perry happily replaced the tile, without scaffold, for £75. As we did know the roof needed to be replaced Mr Perry gave us a very reasonable quote and the work has been completed in a week. His lads were friendly and professional and worked hard, making sure to tidy all mess away before leaving. We would highly recommend T S Perry Roofing.

Highly recommend.It was a difficult process obtaining a quote, but Mr Perry's outfit were responsive & professional from the outset. Highly organised entire roof replacement completed, despite poor weather with minimal disruption. We are very pleased with the work done - Tom was very swift to act when something - just 1 thing - failed to meet his high standards whilst the work was ongoing. He also returned promptly some weeks later to reinforce a slightly loose item - As good as his word.PS. The team like tea with sugar and chocolate biscuits.

Mr Perry arrived early for assessment and quote and ended up completing the works a week earlier than planned. Very impressive, good communication and a relief to have a small leak all fixed up before things got any worse. Tidy and cheerful throughout, we will definitely call again with any roofing needs. Tom and the team carried out a full re-roof on the main house and 2 porches on our Victorian detached property within a conservation area.From our initial meeting through to completion Tom was polite, respectful and true to his word. I enquired this morning regarding repairs I needed to my gutters and within the hour I had been contacted. They then arrived 15 minuted later to fix the gutters. TS Perry Roofing Specialists Ltd completely re-roofed my home and replaced all guttering in December 2022.Tom and his staff are highly professional. They work hard and efficiently with a clear commitment to quality.Scaffolding and skips were provided then later removed with precise timing and Tom’s staff left my home neat and tidy when work was completed.
