During the storms in October we developed a leak in the roof and on further inspection it was determined that the leak was one of several and a new roof was needed. T S Perry and his crew were recommended to me and proved to be the right choice.From the outset Tom kept us informed of each step along the way and what the process would involve. The two young men that work for him were polite, courteous and good workers who completed the job in a couple of days. All the debris was cleared away and driveway left clean and tidy. They also brought their own portaloo.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and the boys and am so grateful for everything they have done.

An excellent job done in no time by Frazer and Ryan with Tom at the helm organising and backfilling jobs. I would certainly recommend these guys for their work ethics alone,as the job needs doing let's do it properly and with professionalism. Clean and tidy,let you know what stage they are up to throughout the day,all rubbish skipped and secure remainder of products. Very happy with the standard of workmanship and would certainly recommend, thankyou again,what a great team.

Very pleased with the finish of the roofing work. Tom and his two lads were polite, always early to start and worked quickly and efficiently. The only minor delay was with the scaffolders removing the scaffolding once the job was complete, but this wasn’t Tom’s fault and he did his utmost to ensure it was taken down as soon as possible.The quality of the workmanship and the reassurance of a 10-year warranty make it a clear choice. Highly recommended.
