Seaton Beach Developments Ltd

Thank you Mike & Audrey for a very interesting insight to an amazing eco friendly development of apartments.
Pure luxury in the beautiful unspoilt sea front location of Seaton.
Mikes passion of this unique development is quite clear & I’m sure the owners will enjoy for many years ahead .

Anne and I have been part of this amazing development from day one and as Directors we are proud to put our name to it.

The passion that has gone into these amazing apartments is apparent in every detail. And that view WOW! Great job and fantastic for Seaton

Thanks for the interesting and informative tour of the flats yesterday, I had no idea housing could be so eco friendly and energy efficient! They are really an innovative design and whoever buys one will be lucky to own such a fantastic property. It was great to hear local people have bought some already and also that you have used local companies to fit out the kitchens, bathrooms and for the carpets. I wish you the best of luck selling the last few!

We have been today to see Mike Webb developer of Seaton Beach development .
What an amazing project he has done . The apartments are top class and high spec throughout.
Mike is very proud of the Passivhaus and explains how it all works. Very impressive.
The kitchens and bathrooms are all of the highest quality , bathroom has touch sensitive lights and no taps on the bath !! Another innovation from Mike and his team.
Words can’t describe the wonder of the views from all apartments and the penthouse view is just out of this world. 360 degree views . You really have to see it to get the full effect.
The apartments are so bright and lovely large rooms.
If you are looking for a top class apartment give Mike a call you won’t be disappointed.
Congrats to Mike and his team for bringing top class to up and coming Seaton.

Spectacular apartments with a view that never gets old.
