I've always been an admirer of this incredible store, it's impossible to not capture your eye as you pass it. The pieces displayed are so unique and have such a presence. I was lucky enough to be given a tour by the wonderful and very knowledgeable owner Owen, who showed me around the shop floor and warehouse. The place truly is a gem, full of incredible pieces that you won't find anywhere else. Can't wait until my next visit!

Renaissance is a gem of a find in Shoreditch, selling exquisite fireplaces, light fittings and more. Friendly staff, passionate about interiors etc. Loved my fireplace!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Renaissance London, a charming emporium specialising in exquisite fireplaces and antique chandeliers, antique unique pieces from Italy. Owen is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful. I explained we had had a breakage and immediately he said he had replacement glass for our Murano lights we had purchased from him previously. His generosity and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable.

The shop itself is a treasure trove of beautiful taste, showcasing a curated selection of stunning pieces that truly reflect the artistry and craftsmanship of their time. It's clear that he has a deep appreciation for the heritage and culture behind each item. His cultured and charming demeanor adds to the allure of the shop, making it a delightful place to explore.

I feel so lucky to have acquired our lights from Renaissance London, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to add a touch of authenticity to their home.. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Owen and his team are incredible at their job - very knowledgable and did a fantastic job on our fireplace restoration. They managed to restore and install within 1 week, and their level of craftsmanship is exceptional. Cannot recommend these guys enough, looking forward to working with them again and again.

Amazing and extensive collection of period and contemporary fireplaces. Great advice on how to put pieces together and highly skilled installation. I’m thrilled with my marble fireplace and period insert. Can’t recommend Renaissance, Owen and team enough.

The stuff in this shop is amazing. I went in looking for a nice fire place to fit in my new home and I was captured by the chandeliers. Beautiful pieces. The customer service was great and very helpful. The man was very honest with me and told me what would look good and what wouldn’t, based on how I described my home and what I was looking for.
I highly recommend for anyone looking for style.

Highly recommend Renaissance if you're looking for an antique fireplace. They have a treasure trove of items and Owen helped us find a piece perfect for our home - even coming out for a site visit to measure up and recommend an original piece to suit the period of our home and the size of the room. He really wanted to find us the perfect piece, not just 'sell us anything'. You can really see the passion and care he has for his business and customers.

Delivery and installation was faultless. The team that installed it were true craftsmen - taking their time to get everything just right.

OMG amazing place & people! I had been looking for a few months in lots places in UK and France for an antique marble fireplace for my home. There were lots of okay ones and some super expensive for what they were. At Renaissance I found the perfect one, a beautiful Louis XVI example and at a brilliant price. They not only put it on reserve but also were true to their word when I went to see it in the flesh. Owen and Anna made the whole buying experience fun and painless - pretty rare these days. Hope the delivery & fitting are as enjoyable - watch this space! Oh and the Murano chandeliers are to die for

I have been googling online for months trying to find the right fireplace for our property. The last search brought up Renaissance and I'm so glad it did. What a beautiful treasure trove of fabulous fireplaces to view. I instantly saw the one I wanted. Unable to view in store due to lockdown and living in the South West, Owen took pictures of every angle and every corner to ensure I had all the info possible, even a video. The process of pictures to delivery was fast and smooth. Lovely company to deal with, and a lovely owner. I have no hesitation buying online again without viewing in store, in fact I have, I bought a stunning brass lamp. Just as delighted with this item as I was with the fireplace.

Wow - What an incredible place! From the outside in, this place is like a dream! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and being given a tour - In the basement they have traditional marble fireplaces, the ground floor is an incredible showroom with everything from an 18th century statue to framed art by Mariano Vivanco! I was in awe at the entire place.. It’s like being in a movie!
