I recently instructed Chris (owner of Prime Garden Design) to do a small landscaping job in our front and back garden in Clapham South. Chris was very prompt in responding to my initial quote enquiry email and was able to start the work soon after doing a site visit and our agreeing the scope of the work, which suited my tight timeframe for the project. Chris listened to my brief and made some helpful suggestions in terms of planting and design; he comes across as both knowledgeable and passionate about planting.
In terms of the undertaking the project itself, Chris and his team delivered the project as promised and were not only very hard-working but polite and professional individuals, tidying up as they went along and being as considerate as possible in terms of any damage and mess created during the works. I am very happy with the visual impact of the works and have already recommended PGD to someone in my area who is looking for garden landscaping assistance. We got Prime Garden Design to renovate our front garden, which included removing a large bush, tree stump, old fence and brick wall. Chris and his team scheduled the job to take five days (weather permitting). They managed to complete the job on time finishing by lunchtime on the final day and did a great job. The team was hardworking, sometimes turning up before they were scheduled to start, and worked throughout the day despite the occasional rain. They were friendly, respectful of our property and requests and had a solid work ethic, while also being quite musical on occasion. Overall we appreciated the quality of the workmanship and materials supplied and would recommend Chris and his team for any gardening projects.
