Pollys Ironing Service

Have used Polly’s to get two coats fixed (buttons reattached/strengthened, and loose stitching fixed) and they’ve been very quick, done a great job, and at reasonable prices. They even fixed some other loose stitches I hadn’t previously noticed when dropping it off free of charge.

Got 4 pairs of trousers altered today. The service was great. Super friendly, reasonable price & done same day! Thank you so much. Will definitely be back when I need clothes altered.

I had given some traditional dresses to be washed. They were very delicate, and unfortunately, they got damaged in the process.Polly took full responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she replace the dresses, but she also made sure they were tailored to fit me perfectly. Despite having no prior knowledge about these cultural garments, she took the time to research them and sourced high-quality materials for the replacements.Mistakes can happen—she could have apologized and moved on. There was no contract obligating her to do what she did. But her actions reflected her strong moral values. If more people were like Polly, the world would truly be a better place.Thank you, Polly. You are an honorable woman.

Ive used Pollys for well over a year now...And I use it regularly. Ive never had any trouble ironing has been perfect staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble...Polly has even taken my ironing and put it in my car....A massive thumbs up from me ....
