We’ve contacted Andy whenever we’ve had pest issues, and he has always been reliable and responsive. Most recently, we discovered rats in our property. We had Andy come to see us about three weeks ago now after a rat managed to access the roof space of our single storey extension. Andy identified that it was being accessed by a split in our drain and recommended a combination of bating and then proofing. After a week, activity stopped and we heard nothing further and we have now proofed the drain to avoid any further access.
