We had Andy come to see us about three weeks ago now after a rat managed to access the roof space of our single storey extension. Andy identified that it was being accessed by a split in our drain and recommended a combination of bating and then proofing. After a week, activity stopped and we heard nothing further and we have now proofed the drain to avoid any further access. Great communication from Andy throughout and all has gone to plan / as stated. All being well, no further visits from rats. Thanks Andy
