I recently visited The Dome in Edinburgh and wanted to share how impressed I was with the door staff on the day. They were exceptionally helpful and attentive, especially as I was visiting with a disabled friend. Their care and professionalism made sure we got in and out smoothly and without any difficulty.

I really want to commend them for their outstanding customer service, it truly made a difference. The Dome itself was as spectacular as ever, with decorations and a Christmas atmosphere that’s simply unmatched.

Danny and his team are second to none. Respectful, dedicated and friendly while keeping safety as a priority at all times. I couldn't ask for a better set of guys to turn to when I need help, especially with how clumsy I am.. the guys all being first aid trained is a godsend when I need a plaster and a cry lol. Paramount really feels like a family unit, If I could give 6 stars I would. And I’m usually a tough critic!
