I recently visited The Dome in Edinburgh and wanted to share how impressed I was with the door staff on the day. They were exceptionally helpful and attentive, especially as I was visiting with a disabled friend. Their care and professionalism made sure we got in and out smoothly and without any difficulty.

I really want to commend them for their outstanding customer service, it truly made a difference. The Dome itself was as spectacular as ever, with decorations and a Christmas atmosphere that’s simply unmatched.
