Came round in the middle of a thunderstorm to fix my ancient alarm system, not a word of complaint or hesitation. Got it disconnected, even though it was in a right state, and the rain was torrential. He then replaced a few days later with no fuss or bother, just did the job. Came when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would. Saved us from a very stressful situation, and fixed something we knew needed to be fixed but had been putting off, highly recommend.
