Absolutely delighted with the service received. It took me at least six months from receiving an initial quote to approving it (my own fault for the delay) but Tracy in the office was incredibly patient and helpful answering any questions I had. The team arrived on the day arranged and left the area clean and tidy. They even took some extra rubbish which I'd accidentally left so bonus points for that! Really happy and would 100% recommend. I did shop around and they're prices are the most competitive in Derby. 10/10!

I was very impressed with the whole team who were both friendly, very experienced and completed the work in the specified time. I would recommend this company as it can be a very stressful time but they talked me through every step and could not be more responsive to my needs.

From the initial survey to the removal Midlands Asbestos Solutions have been quick, efficient, communicated clearly and helpful. I had them do a survey of my house before having some work done given the age of the property. They did a thorough survey and thankfully found the small bit of asbestos in the aga. This inquisitive mindset went beyond the walls and ceilings, helping us to make our home safe and compliant. The guys who came round to do the removal were great too.

Requested a sample of some floor tiles found under existing kitchen floor. Very friendly and helpful staff member answered the phoned. Appointment was made and someone came round and collected the sample which is then sent to a UKAS accredited lab. Results received a few days later with certificate. No asbestos found fortunately. Yes it is more expensive than doing these ones where you do it yourself and post it off, but you know it is done right, also they have a lot more overheads to cover.

Used MAS Ltd to remove a single garage. They arrived on a Saturday, my choice of day/date, at 08:00 and were finished before 12pm. They were professional, clean and polite. I will definitely recommend them and would use them in another house. Tracey and Lisa in the office were easy to communicate with. I appreciated the certificate of asbestos removal etc., sure it will help when i sell the home.
