When we first discovered that we had Asbestos containing materials in our textured ceilings throughout the entire house we felt that we had a potentially serious health threat on our hands, especially as we were planning major reworking to the interior of the property. I called a number of local firms and found Midland Asbestos Solutions to be both knowledgeable and friendly. Immediately they put my mind at ease telling me that they dealt with situations like this all the time. They were totally professional at every stage from the survey and quotation to the Asbestos removal and clean-down. At the end of the process we were given full Waste Consignment Notes and a Statement of Cleanliness for works carried out. They did exactly what was needed at the agreed time. This is a second to none outfit and I would gladly give them 6 out of 5 if I could.

All the staff are extremely helpful and responsive! Prices are reasonable. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Getting rid of asbestos isn't cheap, however I found MAS to be efficient, polite, they tidied up after themselves, they turned up when they said they would and were the best value on the local market. Office staff friendly and adaptable too. Thank you.

Getting a quote was done quickly and professionally. Any e-mails sent were responded to quickly. The guys turned up exactly on time to carry out the work. This was done quickly and politely. The work area was left clean and tidy. Paperwork received 24 hours later. A very good first experience of this company.

I was worried about having Asbestos in my house, Rang this company and spoke to lovely lady Tracey who was wonderful in making sure what was needed doing. She gave me the quotation and explained thoroughly what will be done on the day. Darren came with his colleague to take samples and explained from where the samples were needed taking.They took the sample and after making the payment I received my results. After finding out our current waste collection guy had retired we had to find someone pretty quick, we were recommended to try MAS and found them to be very efficient, they came within a couple of days of contacting them saw the urgency of us running out of space quoted that same day for the removal we accepted it on the same day as it was around what we expected and they arranged for collection next day, they turned up when sad and removed it all for us.We will definitely be using them all the time from now on.
