Chris was extremely efficient, professional, and quick to identify and fix the issue. He was accommodating and considerate towards my elderly parents.He arrived on time, kept everything tidy, and completed the job to a high standard. Chris responded quickly and visited to assess the job shortly afterwards. There was a delay to completion but this was due to understandable personal reasons. However, Chris rescheduled us as a priority to complete the work as soon as possible. Overall very impressed with the service.

Chris did an excellent job, really neat and tidy work, and all working perfectly. He said any issues after a few days he would return right away if needed. He explained up front the costs and different options, and pointed out a few potential problems with where I initially wanted the tap, so I felt really confident right away.
