Lionel was able to fit and install a new bathroom extractor fan for us and outside light, he communicated throughout and got the job done very efficiently and for a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend for any electrical jobs.

We were given sound information of how he would tackle this. Switch off RDCs then one by one turn back on and test each appliance making sure there was no leakage. We did this and labelled the Switches at the socket as they weren't labelled. And in the fuse Box labelled the fuses too. The sockets now Work. All. Socket and switches working OK.

LSM was very helpful with an EICR check prior to home purchase.

This job turned out to be more complicated than originally expected and involved a follow up visit but all work was carried out to a good standard. Lionel turned up on time on both occasions. He was polite and couteous throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was also able to provide advice on a long term flickering light issue which is now fixed.

Phone to see what the issue was, after explaining, he said he was in the area and would be around in 20-30 minutes. Arrived and took a look, and repair was done with 15 minutes. Requested cash for payment of works.

I needed a few small electrical bit done - checking an electrical socket, replacing a light switch, checking breakers - alongside investigating a potentially faulty socket. Lionel carried out the work quickly, with a smile and a laugh, and with plenty of explanations about what he was doing! 100% recommend
