Once again, John and his team carried out their work impeccably, actually completing the project slightly ahead of time. Our flat required pretty much gutting, with some rooms changing use. This included new plumbing for a new bathroom and repositioned kitchen; new wiring; and one new doorway being created. This was followed by re-plastering and redecorating - so we really did have the full range of work done! The team were professional, understanding, flexible and always lovely to be around. No request was too much for them, and the finished product looks great - we couldn’t be happier.

Jon and his team completed a back and front extension, a loft conversion, and a total gutting of the original property. Throughout the project Jon communicated clearly, supported us with decisions, explained the process and worked with us to create the home of our dreams. Jon was flexible and understanding, and quickly became a firm favourite amongst our kids, who still ask to see him whenever possible! We are enormously grateful to him and his team for everything they did to help our dream become a reality.

Highly recommend Jhon began in 01/04/21,a complete renovation back to brick, kitchen extension & loft conversion, & now ready for handover. Quality & care of finishes have been brilliant & exemplary, his team have worked meticulously tidily & organised throughout, Jhon always contactable by text/phone. Whilst project did take longer than anticipated due to factors out of our control which impacted on the completion date- namely a 3rd party glazers (who I do not recommend) Jhon has been excellent in his delivery & attention to detail. The end product is looking stunning. He always carries work with skill and care. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone. I am a bit OCD about perfection, I can truly say he does have excellent workmanship .They definitely know their trade and you get what u pay for +Excellent quality work, Skilled & competent +Trustworthy, Reliable & honest Does what they said they would +Generally completed in a timely manner +Fantastic tiler and plasterer used cannot tell you enough how gorgeous the bathrooms look. +Accommodating to the little extras asked +V Reasonable extras charged. He explains what extras will be chargeable & keeps records - Electrician charges by No. of points pls check how many point u actually have rather than what u think u have as these very quickly add up, more than u may think. - Met with20% increase for overall project cost, to reflect price hikes albeit understandable, though unexpected.

John and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and bathroom installation, decorating, patio laying, and utility area remodel which included structural work. From the start, John and team worked incredibly hard, putting in long days six days a week. In contrast to our previous experiences with builders, there was never any day in five weeks when the team didn't turn up. John's drive for quality meant that we never worried about what any aspect of the job would turn out like, as we knew that the team would be always seeking the best possible result whatever the task. John has a team at his fingertips with a wide range of skills and always selected for their quality of work. We were particularly impressed with the standard of joinery and attention to detail on smaller points of decorating - e.g. fittings. Along the way, the team was happy to undertake extra jobs on discussion, but also made clear when it would be better to get someone else with the right skills in. If you are considering John for your building project, don't hesitate to hire him - you will not regret it.

John is a such professional builder and his company and staff are amazing, they are polite, professional, clean, quick, and honest. I can not request any more from him as everything was done perfectly and on time which I requested. Highly recommend!

John and his team have done an absolute fantastic job for us. We fully gutted and renovated our three bedroom flat in Queens Park over the course of 4.5 months. This included, full rewiring and plumbing, new plastering and ceilings, creating a new bathroom and walking closet, kitchen, plus decorating the whole flat. In addition, John was able to build for us custom furniture, a built in walk in closet and a tailored made kitchen. John and his team are extremely hard working and most importantly, honest. John has strong communication skills and we were constantly in contact via WhatsApp and phone calls and he was always very quick to answer. He is always to the point and never sugar coated anything, which was very useful when you have to make a hundred decisions a day. He provides his expertise input when you need help and gives direction when you have trouble making decisions on design. He is open and honest about timelines and expectations which made it easier to manage the renovation. Renovating your place is probably one of the most stressful thing anyone can do, and having a builder you can trust is the single most important factor to take into account. The work produced was high quality and according to the instructions provided. I cannot recommend John enough and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Work done as scheduled John and his team were helpful

This is the first flat that I bought and my first experience with builders and flat renovation. Overall a very stressful experience, so having a builder you can trust is really priceless and makes all the difference, especially if you lead a busy life. My flat has 2 bedrooms but was really old inside, so John and his team had to take everything apart and start more or less from scratch. He updated the plumbing, the wiring, installed new floor, fitted new kitchen and bathroom and delivered it in immaculate condition. John is very professional, trustworthy, and someone that you can really trust. He is honest, kind and a genuine person. I have already recommended him for another job and I would wholeheartedly recommend him again. If you are looking for a builder, search no more! Thanks a lot John!

John has done a lovely job for me - I'm very happy and recommend him highly. He renovated a 1 bed room flat, adding smart radiators and light switches (HomeKit) ,moving a boiler, making new doorways - a lot of work! I'm leaving this review a few months after the work has been done, as I wanted to test the quality - as you can see the review is still glowing after use. John himself is friendly giant of a man - and although we didn't agree on every design decision, he did cater to my wants and needs. Also to note, i had to remove my fridge (as it was delivered with the door the wrong way. And some skirting got removed. John has kindly offered to come back to finish off (didn't just run off in to the sunset like a lot of builders too). Will use again.

One thing I like most about John is that he is reachable. He always return calls and texts. Works started and finished as promised. John also offered two year guarantee for his work which offers peace of mind. If you need someone easy to talk to, reachable, start and finish works as quoted then John is your guy.

I had some reservations about using a new builder for a commercial project but I must admit, Jhon exceeded all my expectations. The job was completed with minimal interruption to our restaurant business and most importantly the finish was as exactly as was agreed. I will definitely be using him for future works now both residential and commercial. I would gladly give 5* for workmanship and patience.

John communicated well and got the job done to the standard we wanted. His team obviously worked hard and the job was completed by the agreed date and left clear and tidy. We are about to use him again on a similar job. Highly recommended!
