My boilers been playing up for months, ive had a plumber on several occasions, spent hundreds trying to figure out what's wrong with it and to no avail, Kye came to do a service and knew what was wrong straight away, only wish he'd been recommended earlier, would have had a bit more money in my pocket, will be using him from now on, thanks for pointing out the lime scale under the tap, now looking like new, goes above and behond thankyou 😃

Had a new boiler fitted by Kryan extremely pleased with the whole process from initial assessment of what was needed to the job being completed. Very prompt and very tidy, took me through the boiler functions on completion. Extremely pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Hess Heating.

Kye came to fix a pressure issue on an old boiler under a maintenance contract and while chatting diagnosed another issue was getting intermittently. He fixed both by the time he left. Has also been back since to replace the fan and after doing so checked other things and noticed the gasket was badly worn and ignition needed a clean out. All sorted no problem. Boiler is running really well now. Also gave me some great advice on maintaining my radiator system myself that fixed a problem my knowledge couldn't.

Very pleased with the attitude to questions about how the shower I was having fitted worked. I don't know whether the price was compatible with other plumbers but I am very happy. A month to settle, giving time to go to the bank,if you don't do internet banking.😃😃😃😃😃
