First time using Harry’s Taxis after a recommendation off my daughter and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I received a text 10 minutes before the booked time advising the car was waiting. The driver got out of the car to assist me with my elderly Mam at the beginning and the end of the journey . A very polite and pleasant driver and the car was immaculate. For the return journey I called once the appointment had ended and a car was sent within 10 minutes of my call. Once again the driver helped me getting my Mam in and out of the car. 5 stars which is well deserved 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Used for a return airport run to Newcastle. Very competitive price, reliable service and pleasant drivers. Very helpful with luggage and prompt communications from start to finish. Definitely would recommend you use Harry’s for an all round great journey.

First time using this company this morning and very happy with the service I received. Sent a message via Facebook yesterday evening, prompt response and got booked in. I was ready to be collected earlier than planned so sent a message stating this and I was collected five minutes later...fantastic service! Lady driver was very nice and polite. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will use this company again.

What a lovely young man Harry is ...he was recommended to me by another darlington taxi firm who couldn't pick me up so I rang Harry...he was so accommodating, pleasant and very polite...I like to pre book taxis if I'm out of town (I dont live in darlington) and it being Easter weekend on a sat night I was having trouble getting booked but Harry confirmed the booking, picked us up earlier (show finished earlier than expected) and was really friendly and courteous....mind we put the world to rights in that cab!! Lol xx I'd highly recommend Harry's taxis ....5+ star service!!!

Highly recommend this service, easy booking system, good communication, arrived a little earlier than booked time but no pressure to come out earlier. Fare was more than competitive to quotes from other companies. Will definitely be my go to taxi service from now on.

Started using Harry's taxis a few months ago and he would always be my go to going forward. Wanted someone to taxi mum home at times or my daughter and her kids. Wanted a friendly caring service and someone who will go that bit extra such as waiting to make sure mum in house before driving off and who can make them feel at ease when travelling alone. Definitely recommend.

I’ve lived in the centre of Darlington for 23 years, still unable to drive, so heavily reliant upon taxi’s. What an utter fabulous experience! Cleanest car I’ve ever been, pick up time less than 10 minutes both ways and caring help with my medical situation.Deleted all other expensive Darlington taxi numbers…this firm is outstandingly THE best

We pre booked a taxi with Harry's Taxis to go to a wedding in Middlesbrough, and also to return back to Darlington at the end of the night. I was keen to have a proper pre booking with a local firm to ensure we had transport, especially as it was a Saturday and a busy pay day weekend! Our driver turned up perfectly on time both legs of the journey, texted/rang to let us know they were ready for us, and everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Harry's taxi Co picked us up at station taxis rank at darlington Station. Nice clean car, friendly professional driver and great service. Harry is a genuine top man, if it was possible to give more than 5 stars i would. After breaking down and being unable to resolve the issue or get back home over 30 mins away. I rang Harrys Taxi who turned up within 10 mins. Rather than just taking us back Harry asked what the issue was and said he'd have a look at the car and see if he could get it going. He did and then refused any money despite my best efforts. Simply asking to pay it forward when someone else needs help. Can not thank Harry enough for all his help and would highly recommend.
