Arranged with Harry's Taxis to pick up my mum from a flight landing at Newcastle Airport and take her home to near Darlington. Communications to make and then re-confirm and pay for the booking were excellent - very straightforward. Allan met my mum as planned, drove her home in good style and let me know that he'd finished all as planned. Very reasonably priced for an airport run too. Most grateful, and would recommend without hesitation. It's not always you find someone who does exactly what they promise they will, but Harry's Taxis certainly did, and deserve a "shout out" for that.
