We are so grateful for this taxi service! During a recent trip to Scotland, we blew out two tires on our way from Galway to Gigha. Collum came and picked us up, ensured the ferry to Gigha was running, talked to the tire shop for us, and made arrangements for us to return to the mechanic after our island stay. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. He helped us get safely where we needed to go and ensured that we were not overly hung up on logistics when our trip could have been derailed. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Colin was promoted, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. He and his team took very good care of us on our recent trip.

I can highly recommend this taxi service. We used it on our last leg of the journey back to Edinburgh. Due to bad weather and several cancellations it wasn’t clear which ferry we would be able to take and could only let him know on short notice. Colin picked us up at the terminal and we had a smooth ride back to Edinburgh. He even waited around until we were certain everything worked out with our accommodation. The car was clean, comfortable and very spacious. I would definitely use this service again.

We found ourselves using this taxi service due to an unfortunate situation—our rental car broke down. Luckily, we met Colin, an incredibly kind and attentive driver. Not only did he get us to our destination as quickly as possible, but he also went above and beyond by helping us collect a replacement vehicle from the airport rental service. He stayed with us throughout the process and acted as a helpful intermediary until the keys were handed over. We’re deeply grateful for his support during a very stressful day. Sometimes google would need a 6 star system because 5Stars arent enough for pep cars. Travelled scotland very recently and had the honor to be driven by them (through another company). We weren driven by Colin in the Ford Galaxy. Clean on the inside and the outside and very comfy even with 3 guys and luggage for 13days. Colin himself may be one of the kindest and best drivers we`ve ever met. Helped us with every question we had and knew some really good places for a good photo of scotland. His driving skills are insane he didn`t use navigation once just knew where we needed to go. In germany we have a proverb called: sometimes the journey is the destination. Our car broke down near Tarbert and we needed to return to Shropshire, not an easy journey as the nearest car hire was in Glasgow. David came to our rescue, changed his plans and drove us home. What a wonderful service. Comfortable car driven with skill. We can't thank PEP cars enough.

Recently 10 of us travelled in Scotland that was arranged by a tour organizer @ Whiskey Wheels (Euan). Euan used the services of Collin for various parts of the tour. Collin drove us from Oban to Port Askaig. I did not have the pleasure being his passenger on this route since I was in another vehicle. However, I did have the pleasure of riding with him on the way back to Inveraray and then from Inveraray to Edinburgh.Collin was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recall he waited for me at the port to hand over the tickets and making sure that everyone was fine before we boarded. On the return route, he was waiting for us and took us to the next destination. At Inveraray, he waited to make sure that we were introduced to the Airbnb host and that we were ready to be checked in.On our tip back to Edinburgh, he helped me retrieve my luggage that was at another hotel and drove me back to the new hotel. Collin was very friendly and as you can tell helpful. Collin was not in a hurry to get to his next destination but made sure that we were properly looked after. If you need his services, I would highly recommend having him at the helm of the wheel. My other friends who rode with him also agreed that if we ever go back to Scotland, we would use the services of Collin whenever we are able to. We used PEP Cars for the first few stages of our Kintyre Way walk. David was always prompt and ever so helpful, with a lot of interesting local knowledge. We would highly recommend PEP cars.

Colin was a fantastic and reliable driver for us! He was punctual, easy to talk to and made the two rides, one from Oban to Kennacraig and then Kennacraig to Edinburgh very enjoyable. He even made us a playlist of Scottish bands when we said we hadn't heard any all trip! Would highly recommend hiring Colin!

David was great in helping to coordinate a last minute taxi from Kenna Craig to Glasgow after we could not board our flight back from Islay due to new restrictions regarding whisky / alcohol and weight limits with our luggage. Colin was very nice and very helpful throughout our drive back to Glasgow.Without them it would have taken much longer to get back via the bus which was full at the time of the arrival.Thanks for all your help!! 👍

David was a wonderful driver, on time at a remote destination, impeccably dressed in a great and comfortable salon car. Gave us a guided tour to Oban. I would highly recommend his service. You will be impressed.

Our plane from Islay to Glasgow got canceled, about that we had to spontaneously reschedule our trip home.We took the Ferry to Kennacraig and the driver Colin was waiting for us with a luxury version of the Ford Galaxy.Thanks to Colin, did we catch the plain just in time at the Edinburgh Airport.He is a very skilled driver and has superb navigational skills.

THEY ALSO OFFER AN AMAZING TAXI SERVICE.Imagine arriving at a deserted ferry-landing in Clanoig. The wind is bitter. There might be a bus in perhaps an hour or so but right now there are only the odd industrial lorry and a bus shelter full of wood. And David’s ad stuck to it. So we ring him, then sit on our cases and wait. Twice now he has been a bit like the calm in the scary storm of not really knowing what we were doing and quite possibly getting stranded somewhere quite cold overnight even after walking 7 or so miles with suitcases. He arrives smartly dressed, almost like Scottish gentry, and with an immaculate vehicle. He doesn’t sting you and is very interesting and knowledgeable about the area, which it is clear he is passionate about.The next time he saved us was following a panicked call from a ferry. He kept an eye on when the ferry was due to arrive and, by some absolute miracle, was there waiting to ship us across the peninsula in time to chuck us on the Clanoig boat again, despite a very stubborn tractor (which he did not charge extra for, unlike a driver on a clock). Obviously, we come out of this looking ridiculous but David’s car service is just AMAZING! He is just great and went over and above the call of duty. Highly, highly recommend PEP. In fact it’s worth it just to meet such a knowledgable, great character. Ps. I know he will also drive you up to Glasgow. :DServicesService not listed
