I've had bad experiences in the past so I looked on trustatrader. I'm glad I did. Harry carried out a boiler service for me. He noticed it wasn't fixed to the wall properly and took time to remedy that. He performed several tests, left me some paperwork detailing his visit and sent me an invoice via email. The cost of the visit was competitive which is important as I'm not currently employed and every penny counts these days. I hope to see him again next year. Thanks Harry."

Harry came out to assess my boiler at short notice. He was punctual and explained everything clearly. He replaced the existing old boiler with a combi boiler updating me regularly. He experienced a few unexpected challenges with the job but found resolutions whilst remaining in good humour and at no extra cost. Trustworthy, hardworking tradesman.
