Best sports massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. Used the sauna facilities prior which are second to none highly recommend! Mark knows his stuff and is very educated in sports recovery will definitely be returning back for monthly treatment with him.

He took the time to understand my issues with tight neck and shoulder tension, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment perfectly to what I needed.The massage itself was exceptional — firm, focused, and deeply effective. Mark and Amy really know their stuff when it comes to recovery and creating a haven in Mallusk. The cold plunge and sauna combo is the one! It’s helped me bounce back from countless injuries and keep up with a busy training schedule. Great vibe, great people, and everything’s really well thought out. Highly recommend.

FOMA is an absolute gem in Mallusk! Owned by the amazing Mark & Amy, this wellbeing space is top-tier. The traditional sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath plunge pool, and recovery boots make it the ultimate recovery haven. Super modern, immaculately clean, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail. Highly recommend!
