Dr. Nicola, a Chiropractor and Kinesiologist, approach to her work, is fantastic. I wanted someone who would work with me, to help me with my very painful back. But I didn't want a short-term fix, I had had that already, and it hadn't lasted. I wanted to ensure I would be pain free, for the future. And while there are no gurantees. I have recommended Dr Nicola Dilley to many people already. I saw her for back pain after plateauing with physiotherapy. I was largely pain free within a few sessions! She is kind, fun and understanding and looks to work with you as a whole rather just the symptom and so gets to the root of the problem. I do think it can take a leap of faith, but it is worth it.

I first went to Nicola when I was experiencing lower back pain in a couple of places. A comprehensive history was taken, including family history and emotional challenges, and Nicola quickly understood that I needed more than simple mechanical intervention. Not only did Nicola manipulate my spine and stimulate my muscles, but she also tested me with various vitamins and minerals, giving me the perfect combination to try and within a month my pain was barely discernible, I felt energized and much more positive. I do not begin to understand it all but Nicola is a marvel. She is holistic without being didactic, informing on everything from diet and cleanses, to cold water therapy and breathing techniques; I wholeheartedly recommend her chiropractic service.

I highly recommend Dr Nicola Dilley for both Chiropractic and Kinesiology. She has helped me with various sports injuries (some of them 20-30 years old).
